I texted you the same minute after your message of cancellation and every day after but you were ignoring me. I was planning on this transformation for a year and i had high hopes for you but you not only ruined it but also made a big psychological damage to me and I can't trust any hairdressers after experience with you and feeling depressed. You can say in reply whatever lie you want. As I said YOU HAVE SPECIAL ATTITUDE, and you proved it in your unproffecional way, unexeptable in your business.Enjoy your happy life.
Kelly has always been brilliant when she has done my hair. When I first went there with my best friend from London we had our hair done to go to Chester races for my birthday. Kelly and her team made sure we were made to feel welcome and our hair looked amazing! I've been back since and would gladly travel from Chester to get my hair done again!
