If your considering hiring a van for a house move then please just go with 1 of the many 'man with vans' advertised on facebook or be prepared 2 shell out on excess fees when you take the van back for a mark that was already there that apparently i made bigger I now wonder why they hired out a van with that mark on it seeing as I was charged for it so the previous person would of also been charged ... but they didt sort the mark out i wonder how many people have had 2 pay 4 that mark .. Definitely won't b using Ethels again .. or any other van hire companies which is a shame as im sure there are some good 1s out there, unfortunately 1 bad company has given the others bad name. PLEASE go with a man with van and save ur selfs the hassel.

Hired van with Tail lift. Cheerful staff, helpful, quick, honest and gave me an efficient service. Detailed induction to van controls. Van was clean, serviced and worked well. Prices the best I could find after long search. Would use them again without hesitation.
