We went in on Saturday looking for a new bed and mattress - Jane helped us find our Goldilocks mattress - the one that was just right! Then we picked out a beautiful, solid oak bed frame. The next Friday, Morgan and Mike came to put it up and take our old one away. A phone call to make sure I was in, lots of strokes for our collie dog who came to see what was going on and they their boots off before going upstairs. Great service throughout - it was the first time we visited the shop, but it won't be the last.

I called Jane on the Wednesday to order my beautiful Oak extending dining table (I'd seen it in the shop a few weeks before)I told her I had a party on the Saturday so she re-arranged the delivery routes to get me in for the next day. (I live about 70 miles away!)Her son, Morgan, came the next morning, put it together for me and even gave it a good polish, he was a very pleasant and consciousness young man.I'm really not sure I'd have got such fab customer service from DFS and the likes.One very happy customer!!
