Core Gym Oswestry is a fantastic place with amazing facilities. All the staff are super friendly and welcoming as well as being in red knowledgeable when it comes to health and fitness. The gym offer two rooms ; cardio and weights. The cardio room has a number of machines which instructors are more than happy to assist you with. The weights room may seem daunting to many, however the environment that it is set in and the general social scene of the gym allows you to work out without a worry. A great price and a great gym!!! What more could you want!!! Definitely would recommend to a friend!
