Horrible, dis-honest, lying ,scammers....had a terrible experience with these lawyers. They are rude and arragont and lied to us left right and centre. I am not surprised I'm not the only person who has had a bad experience with these solicitors that's left my family homeless before Christmas. I have a good mind to take it to the papers or national television, as their dishonestie should be made public.
Didn't get the service I expected, my appointed solicitor was always off sick and eventually left so I had to start over with a new one who turned out to be a newly qualified one and took my case in a totally different direction obviously costing even more money. I ended up winding things up and representing myself
Had a horrid invoice after attending a 'Free' 30minutes legal advice service. Within which we were never made aware of any costs that could be involved (having asked on numerous occasions), we were rushed in and out like cattle and subsequently charged for other types of services WITHOUT our prior knowledge or understanding! very disappointed and would certainly never reccomend this firm. Another firm just down the road were a complete contrast to how we were handled at ghp.
