Ordered at 19:00 on Saturday night and was told food would be 45 minutes. By 20:25 still being told food would be another 10 minutes. At 20:45 was again told it would be 10 minutes so we ask for our money back at which point we were told they would do it now and knock 10. Got our money back and left and went to the chippy. Lots of angry customers tonight.
