Just went to collect prescriptions as have been for years, always give a few extra days after they receive it from the gp, to be told still not ready. When I asked why it has taken 10 working days from date of order am told "that's how it is". Staff are so rude in there these days, come back Jill !

Brought some Cosmetic in there, they put wrong price, over charged me 8, They even didn't feel any sorry about that I Have to return from far away to get my refund back by taxi,And other two Cosmetic there one is expensive than odder online 12,one is more than 10. the lady said because it's in store sell! If like than why we need buy in store?! Even I didn't open it, she said you can't return. After she returned the 8, she trying to throw my shopping receipt away, I told her why you try throw my shopping receipt.. ?!why she have to work there? With such attitude. No polite and the rude lady. Gee First time to travel here, Never saw like this service in UK! When I get back ask my friend about the refund who live in UK, they said they never heard about that you can not return your cosmetic because you took out the shop. So, "She is lie in found of you. "You should return if it is not suit with you. And When i went there at the second times with uk friend , my friend told her the young girl need refund, and she did is with very unhappy face, although she didn't say " you can't get refund back your you already took out from shop. And excuse me that I'm the one who is not happy you make my wrong cost, and i took taxi to get there also cost me 8. Didn't ask from your mistakes.When she give my money back that she said " Don't come again any refund you are naughty girl!" Gee how elegant she think she is. And it's your store mistake to put wrong cost, not mine. Never saw a British woman like her, she is the worse educated person I never saw. They make me pay the wrong prise ,and didn't say any sorry. And She is the one who is naughtest oldest women I never see!! I like all the Oswestry people they are really nice, accept this golden short hair old oldest lady! She is most rude person in U.K.!
