The least accommodating estate agency I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If I were selling my house with them I would be very disappointed.I wanted to book a viewing on a property which they would be hosting as it was vacant. They had nothing at all for two weeks and couldn't accommodate any of our chosen hours but eventually we compromised and booked the viewing. Two days before the viewing is supposed to happen I got a call to say they were cancelling our appointment and were instead holding an open house on the property earlier that day because they had a few viewings and wanted to save themselves some effort.If I were the owner of the property in question I would be finding a new agent ASAP and I urge anyone considering using them to take this lack of service into consideration when making your choice.
