Tony has carried out two roof repairs at our house, both to a very good standard. Also identified some problems due to poor wrokmanship and rectified them. Friendly, and very responsive, great!

Badly let down. No consideration at all. We agreed Tony would come on 19th or 20th of May to fit our summer house roof. On both days we waited in and he failed to show or ring us. On the 21st I left a voicemail and asked him to call me, explaining also we needed the summerhouse ready for our daughters birthday part (tomorrow). He did not ring me back and I actually drove past him working 6 doors away from our property doing another roof so I know he wasn't suddenly taken ill or anything. I left another message on Thursday asking him to call but nothing. 6 days on we've heard nothing. It's so rude. We've had to move our daughters party to a church hall now, at our expense. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.
