Really helpful and friendly with honest advice. I bought a violin in here and was very impressed with the advice and knowledge. Whilst attempting to tune it a few hours later a string snapped, so I returned to the shop and the gentleman replaced it free of charge and helped to tune it in. I enquired about buying a full set of replacement strings and was advised that they rarely snap and I'd be wasting 20 on items I'd probably never need. Most shop keeper's would jump at the chance to make a quick sale, so it was refreshing to receive honest advice against a purchase.
