Good meal room spacious clean and staff very friendly recommended however although I had stayed 2 nights at58 each when I came to book a third night they wanted81 so no flexibility re cost about my stay . I needed to be near a local hospital and did not know how many nights I needed at the time .
This Premier Inn is situated by an Idustrial Estate, The service was very good. the staff were helpful explaining the hotel brief with clarity. will definitely go back.
Very friendly and helpful staff, both when we checked in and out the next morning.. You know what you are going to get with a Premier Inn and this one didn't disappoint. Lots of parking space and very convenient to major roads. Not sure whether it was the effect of all the posters reminding people to be quiet in the evenings but we didn't hear a thing in our room and got such a peaceful night's sleep. We were very surprised in the morning to see the carpark had emptied, suggesting there had been a lot of movement and guests leaving. Would definitely recommend.
Premier inns are usually very consistent. From my conversation with staff and the contrast between the very smart reception area and the slightly tired corridors and rooms, I think this site is part way through a gradual refurbishment.At 23/night (on the night of my stay) though, still cracking value.The team were super friendly and chatty.Very handy for Oswestry (4 to get into the town using the local taxi firm).The restaurant, Oswalds Cross, is on site for meals and breakfasts (not currently serving the usual help yourself buffet cooked breakfast, staff are plating in the kitchen to individual requirements)
The Premier Inn in Oswestry goes above and beyond to care for their guests. The staff there are extremely helpful. The hotel has rooms fully equipped for the disabled which is really accommodating because of the nearby excellent RJAH Orthopaedic Hospital.It is therefore extremely convenient in helping you get to that early morning operation feeling well rested , and if you want some extra chill time before returning home.However, I have little positive to say about the service and reliability of the attached restaurant.
