My experience of buying a new car from Furrows, Oswestry was first class. James, the salesman, was excellent - knowledgeable, patient and focused on my needs. I had a fair trade in and didnt feel i was being pressured into buying a new car. James took time to show me over the new car that I bought answering all my questions in a way that I understood. His hot chocolate was a welcome when I arrived. I have no hesitation in recommending Furrows and will be returning for servicing. Unfortunately my fiesta had a few problems that meant it was time for a change of car. Jonathan Williams from furrows Oswestry spent a considerable amount of time going over my options and taking me on a couple of test drives. I ended up buying an ex demo Octavia from him.
