Brilliant service from Sales through to After-sales service. Very friendly, no squabbling - they just want to sort out any issue (which they do).
Always love going here friendly and fair. And now there is the MOT service and the car sales there is really no need to go anywhere else ever.

My car developed a fault while visiting my parents.The garage arranged for my car to be seen extremely quickly and were able to diagnose the problem straight away.I was most impressed with the level of customer care provided and would highly recommend McDonald's Automotive.
I found McDonald Automotive after searching and reading reviews..My Range rover had a suspension problem, Mcdonald diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a complete breakdown of the work required starting with the least expensive options. Whilst doing the job they explained the whole process. The labour charges are very very reasonable especially as you are getting land rover specialist. I was so impressed that I had them look at my Alfa which was having problems. They diagnosed and sorted the problem and had obviously done their homework. ( my previous garage couldn't get to the bottom of the problem)..again I was impressed with the service and professionalism of Richard and the staff. We will now have no hesitation of taking all our other vehicles to McDonald. Highly recommended.
