I was looking for a 7 seater and this dealer had the most choice in Oswestry. I found them very pleasant to deal with and not at all pushy. After purchase a couple of things cropped up and I went back not sure whether they would accept responsibility. I couldn't have asked for better after sales service as they they bent over backwards to help get things resolved, lending me a car while mine went off to a main dealer to be fixed at their expense. I would use again with no hesitation. I believe this place has changed hands as older reviews bear no relation to the service I got.
Bought a used VW Polo back in February. The car has been perfect inside and out and the car was very competively priced. I received very good service from all the team so I am surprised to see some negative comments. Not for me! No issues here for me and I would happily recommend. Thank you
Bought a car on 25/4/2018. It was independently checked which showed the car was unroadworthy and unfit for purpose although having an MOT. I also took out 12 month warranty. I have had many problems to put right and the engine seized two weeks ago. The dealership did not want to know and their warranty proved useless. I am going through trading standards and small claims to hopefully get some money. If you are still unsure about this dealership just 'ask oswestry anything' on facebook and you will get numerouse negative responses. BEWARE!!!!
