A brilliant place to visit, so much for children and all ages to see and experience. A good restaurant which caters for all tastes! Lots to see even if it's rainy. So much space for kids to run around in, and ample parking, free! No entrants fee either. A win win all round!
Interesting place to visit but lots of little trinkets so maybe not one for a very young inquisitive child.

Great fun while visiting the British Ironworks centre - knowledgable falconers who clearly love their birds, and there are displays on most days (you can phone to find out the times as they can change). For a donation you can also have a bird on your arm and get your photo taken!
