The present owners have decimated the place and they couldn't care less about the welfare of the van owners. It was once a most lovely place but no longer. A truly awful lot.
Very disappointed with the caravan and service received. The caravan had lots of problems. There was no blind in the bathroom, the roof vent was broken with a rock holding it down. This made the caravan extremely cold. We were supposed to have TV but the freeview box was broken. My husband went to reception and asked them to correct this, but they never came to sort the problem out. The control boxes did not match the TV or Video recorder. There was a very damp duvet left in one of the wardrobes and the freezer had not been emptied. We were extremely cold in bed as there was no heating except a gas fire that couldn't be left on as there was no smoke alarm fitted (we found this in a drawer). For 150.00 for three nights, this caravan was definitely not worth it. The only upside to our visit was the beautiful scenery surrounding the caravan park.
